High Season – $185/night + HST (June 1-October 11)
Low Season – $150/night + HST (October 11-May 31)

Cancellation Policy
There is no cancellation fee if you cancel 30+ days prior to arrival. If you cancel 30 – 7 days before arrival your credit card will be charged 50% of full rate. 7 Days or less will be charged at full rate. If no prior arrangement are made for a late check-in, your reservation may be cancelled and a cancellation fee applied. In all cases, the cancellation fee would be 100% of the first night reservation.
